A proud Latina, I launched one of the first podcasts in Spanish back in 2017. Everywhere I looked, I saw an overabundance of technical advice on how to make my podcast successful. I felt like I had to Frankenstein a system out of all the pieces I was finding online and keep throwing spaghetti at the wall trying to grow my podcast strategically in a way that felt sustainable.

I wholeheartedly believed in my message and I wanted to feel excited about my podcast, but I kept feeling overwhelmed and frustrated because nothing made sense with all the other moving pieces I had going on. I felt like I kept wasting time and money, ultimately feeling defeated, like maybe this just wasn’t for me.
